Model Policy
In response to the 2026 update to Keeping Children Safe in Education, TNB Education has created a model policy for trans+, non-binary and gender questioning pupils to assist schools and other educational institutions.
The LGBT+ Educators Report 2025
The LGBT+ Educators report highlights the prevalence of othering and discriminatory treatment of LGBT+ and particularly trans teachers working in England and Wales’ education sector.
It provides a comprehensive outline of LGBT+ Educators' experiences in English and Welsh schools with key actions that can be taken by leadership to ensure their settings are inclusive for all.
